Welcome to IPTV Australia. By accessing our website (iptvaustralia.xyz) or using our IPTV subscription service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

IPTV Australia provides access to streaming media via an internet connection. We supply login credentials that you use in a third-party player application on your own device. An adequate internet connection and compatible device are your responsibility.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are sold for fixed periods (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) at the prices listed on our pricing page, in Australian dollars. Payment is arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp. Subscriptions do not auto-renew; access ends when the paid period expires unless you renew.

3. Acceptable use

Your credentials are for your household's personal use. You agree not to resell, publicly redistribute, or share your login beyond the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for how the service is used in your jurisdiction.

4. Free trial

We may offer a free trial of limited duration. Trials are provided as-is to let you evaluate the service. We reserve the right to limit or decline trials where abuse is suspected.

5. Availability

We work to provide a stable, high-quality service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Channels, content and line-ups may change without notice as upstream providers change. Scheduled maintenance and occasional outages may occur.

6. Refunds

Our approach to refunds is set out in our Refund Policy. Because we offer a free trial before purchase, we encourage you to test the service first.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV Australia is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
