Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you pay — which is why we offer a free 24-hour trialwith full access and no credit card. Testing the service first is the best way to make sure it's right for you.
1. Try before you buy
The free trial lets you check picture quality, channel range and performance on your own device and internet connection. We strongly encourage every customer to use it before subscribing.
2. When we provide refunds
If, after subscribing, you experience a genuine technical problem that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable time, contact us and we will work with you in good faith — this may include a replacement line, additional support, or a refund of the unused portion, assessed case by case.
3. When refunds may not apply
- Issues caused by your own internet connection, device or network (e.g. speeds below the recommended 25 Mbps).
- Change of mind after the service has been delivered and is working as described, where a free trial was available.
- Breach of our Terms of Service.
4. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the service is not of acceptable quality or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy.
5. How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or email support@iptvaustralia.xyz with your order details and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within hours.
